DriveWise participating centres across Canada are pleased to announce our recognition of Military Personnel, Police Officers, Firefighters and Paramedics by offering a 5% price reduction* on the industry leading SafeStart program to their immediate family members. “It is our pleasure to give something back to the families of the men and woman who serve and protect us,” commented CEO Lesley de Repentigny.

Those eligible to receive the discount will need to ensure that they mention this offer upon registration. They must also provide proper identification at the start of the program.

The SafeStart program is perfect for new drivers who are looking to receive high quality training, including virtual reality simulation, interactive classrooms, online learning and one on one in-vehicle instruction. The program is recognized by the insurance industry and the student will be certified through the Ministry of Transportation upon completion. Students taking the SafeStart program will learn proper driving techniques, both basic and advanced. These techniques include driving in adverse conditions, emergency manoeuvres, freeway and city driving, collision avoidance, fuel economy and skid control.
